SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received before 11:00 AM we do our best to ship same day, but depending on the volume orders we received it could take up to 2 days to ship.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

All orders are shipped via UPS ground and the charges will be calculated once you do the checkout using your shipping address. 

If customer prefers to expedite the order, must select UPS next day, 2 days or 3 days, shipping charges will be higher than UPS ground. Customers in Florida should select UPS Ground and will receive the order between 1 and 2 days..

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our international customers can select DHL or UPS, and for few selected countries we also offer Postal Office shipping. After selecting the items you want to order, at checkout you will be asked to select the shipping option that fits your needs. The shipping charges includes only the transportation fees and for the duties and taxes please read below.   

CUSTOMS

All international customers are advised to check with their local country customs about the charges they have to pay for taxes and duties. We are not responsible for these taxes, and the shipping charges will never include them. 

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details. Customers are responsible to track the packages and be available to receive the order. If the order is not received by customer and returns to us, we will charge the shipping charges again and resend the order after contacting customer. For free shipping orders returned to us, we will add US$ 8.00 and ship again to customer correct address after contacting the customer. 

It is customer's responsibility to provide exact address to avoid packages being delivered to wrong places or returned to us. 

 

PACKAGES STOLEN OR LOST

Make sure your address is typed correctly when you place your order. We are not responsible for packages that get stolen or lost due to incorrect address.

If the package gets lost during the transportation, the carrier must be contacted by customer and the carrier will be held responsible.

 

RETURN POLICY

If pieces arrive with defects or damaged, please contact us to discuss the issues on the day you get your order or as soon as possible.
